There is a private green space with a terrace and private parking. Ideal for 2 people, this studio apartment, formerly an architect's studio, is ideal for a relaxing holiday in a peaceful setting close to nature. The gîte was completely renovated in 2020 and decorated with great care. The atmosphere is charming and comfortable, with a vintage 60s feel, and the terrace lets you make the most of the wooded exterior. Inside, there is a large living area with a lounge, dining area and open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. In the lounge area there is a sofa bed with coffee table, TV armchairs and a small corner desk. The sleeping area, which can be separated by a curtain, has a double bed (160/200cm). The shower room has a shower, washbasin and washing machine. The WC is separate. Towels and sheets are included. Your bed will be made up on arrival.
