Ferme du Schoultzbach is located in Orbey, at an altitude of 800 m, in the heart of the Kaysersberg Valley, right in the centre of Alsace. Both a breeder and a cheesemaker, mountain farming has been a family affair with us for several generations. On 2 sites, our 2 farms are 2 km apart. One is in the hamlet of "Basses-huttes", where we rear our cows, and the other is in the hamlet of "Pairis-Noirupt", where we live and where the cheese dairy and guest house are located. Our house is an old farmhouse typical of the Val d'Orbey. We occupy one half of the house, and the other half is given over to the chambres d'hôtes and gîtes. The gîte is on the first floor. 1 bedroom (1 double bed), living room - kitchen, exposed beams, fireplace, shower room/wc, TV. Private car park. Farm produce on site. Free wifi access. Possibility of having breakfast with B&B guests.
