Marie-Thérèse and André welcome you to their gîte, a detached house on their property. The gîte is located in a quiet area of an old farmhouse, which has a total of three gîtes and our house overlooking the road. Access is via an 8-step staircase. On the ground floor you will find a large living room with flat-screen TV, wood-burning stove in the lounge for evenings by the fire (wood provided), a kitchen opening onto the living room (dishwasher, oven and microwave), a bedroom (1 bed 160*200cm ,1, bathroom (bath and shower) wc, washbasin, washing machine. Upstairs, the 1st bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and a 2nd bedroom with 1 single bed (90×190), 1 small shower room + wc, washbasin. Access to the garden from the 1st floor, green area, garden furniture, parasol, barbecue. Electric radiators and reversible hot and cold air conditioning. 1 or 2 private parking spaces in the shared courtyard, door closed at night, enclosed private green space to the rear of the house. Access to the terrace is from the 1st floor, there is no direct access from the living room. Deckchairs available on request. Pets welcome at no extra charge. The owners have a small, friendly dog. Wine route, wine trail, tourist route, bus stop and shops nearby. Free wine tasting, cellar visit to an independent winegrower once a week. You will be in a small wine-growing town, situated in the middle of one of the most beautiful villages in Alsace, classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France, in the centre of tourist sites and medieval castles, in a peaceful setting.
